Risk disclosure

Last updated: 7 August 2026

ReferenceFee is a fee rebate service. It is not a broker, not an exchange and not a financial advisor. Nothing on this website is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any asset.

Trading risk

Trading cryptocurrencies carries a substantial risk of loss. Prices are volatile and can move against you quickly and without warning. You can lose some or all of the money you commit. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely.

Leverage

Leveraged and derivative products magnify both gains and losses. A small adverse price move can liquidate your position and wipe out your margin. The higher the leverage, the smaller the move required to lose everything.

A rebate is not a profit

A rebate returns part of a fee you have already paid. It lowers your cost of trading. It does not offset trading losses, it does not make an unprofitable strategy profitable, and it is not income independent of your trading activity. If you lose money trading, a rebate will not make you whole.

Figures on this site are estimates

The calculator and any example numbers on this website are illustrations based on assumptions you select. They are not a forecast, a guarantee or a statement of your actual results. Your real figures depend on your product mix, VIP tier, order types and any token discount you already use.

Rebate rates can change

Rebate rates are set by each exchange under its own affiliate terms, not by ReferenceFee. Exchanges may change, suspend or withdraw those terms at any time and without notice. Eligibility rules, including whether an existing account can be linked, are also set by the exchange.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on trading crypto assets in your country, and for reporting and paying any tax due on rebates or trading results. ReferenceFee does not provide tax or legal advice.

Availability

The service is not offered where its use would be contrary to local law or to the terms of the exchange concerned.

If any part of this disclosure is unclear, seek independent professional advice before trading.
